Refund policy

At Abu Dhabi Store, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the terms below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. 14-Day Returns (Non-Grocery Items)

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most products.

  • Applies to all items except those listed in Section 4.

  • No restocking fees.

2. 3-Day Returns (Grocery & Perishable Items)

  • Grocery, household, personal care, beauty, and health products may be returned within 3 days of delivery only if they are wrong or damaged.

  • No restocking fees.

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: Up to 5 business days from merchant approval.

  • Method:

    • Refunds back to your credit/debit card for card payments.

    • Refunds to your Abu Dhabi Store Wallet for Cash on Delivery orders.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Unless wrong or damaged, the following cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials (flammables, aerosols)

  • Opened consumables or installed products

  • Items missing original tags or serial numbers

  • Digital goods (e-books, software)

  • Swimwear, hosiery, underwear, lingerie

  • Contact lenses, hygiene & personal care items

  • Baby car seats, formula, certain baby products

  • Media (music, video, games), books

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to Order Details and click “Return” next to an eligible item.

  3. We’ll review your request and email you our decision.

  4. If approved, our courier will schedule a pickup.

  5. The merchant inspects the returned item; you’ll receive a final decision by email.

6. Geographic Scope

This policy applies to orders delivered to:

  • Bahrain

  • Kuwait

  • Oman

  • Saudi Arabia

  • United Arab Emirates
