By purchasing from Abu Dhabi Store LLC, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Products
All watches sold by Abu Dhabi Store LLC are considered vintage and/or pre-owned based on their age, condition, and available information. Due to the nature of vintage timepieces, we cannot always determine with certainty whether a watch has been previously used.

Our classification is based on:

Visible condition
Signs of wear or aging
Model era
Some watches may appear unused or lightly worn; however, they are still sold as vintage or pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Minor imperfections, patina, or signs of aging are natural characteristics of vintage watches and do not constitute defects.

2. Authenticity Guarantee
All watches undergo a thorough inspection process to ensure their 100% authenticity before being displayed on our website or offered to customers. We guarantee that all watches sold by Abu Dhabi Store LLC are original and not imitations.

If a watch is proven to be not authentic within 30 days of receiving the item, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

Proof must be provided in the form of written documentation from a recognized and credible third-party expert, brand service center, or qualified authority. The burden of proof lies with the customer.

Once verified, the item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Abu Dhabi Store LLC is not affiliated with, authorized by, or associated with any of the brands we sell. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners.

3. History, Servicing & Parts Disclaimer
Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned watches, Abu Dhabi Store LLC does not have access to the full service history of most watches we sell.

We do not have information on:

Whether the watch has been previously serviced
Whether internal or external parts have been replaced
Whether any components are aftermarket or non-original
Whether modifications were made by previous owners
Unless explicitly stated in the product description, all watches are sold as found.

This does not affect our authenticity guarantee; however, it means we cannot guarantee originality of every internal or external component.

4. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe each item accurately, including:

Condition
Color
Material
Visible wear
Age indicators
Photos form part of the product description.

Because lighting, screens, and human perception may vary, slight differences in color or appearance may occur and do not constitute misrepresentation.

5. Condition, Inspection & Cleaning
At Abu Dhabi Store, we thoroughly inspect and clean all vintage watches before delivery. We ensure that all watches are in working condition at the time of delivery.

However, due to the nature of vintage items, we do not guarantee performance beyond the first day of delivery.

6. Sold As-Is & No Warranty
All vintage watches are sold as-is, without any warranties.

We do not provide warranties for:

Continued functionality
Accuracy
Battery life
Water resistance
Long-term performance
Any color change, fading, or patina due to age or wear
Beyond the first day of delivery, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the watch.

7. Buyer Responsibility & Care
The buyer assumes full responsibility for the proper use, handling, and care of the vintage watch after delivery.

Abu Dhabi Store LLC is not liable for any damage, malfunction, or deterioration that occurs after delivery.

Vintage watches are sensitive to water and moisture. We strongly advise against exposing them to:

Swimming
Showering
Submersion
High humidity
Water damage is not covered under any circumstances.

8. Returns & Same-Day Notification Policy
Due to the unique nature of vintage watches, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged, or
The item is significantly different from the description
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind
Buyer's remorse
Fit issues
Personal preference
You must notify us within the same day of delivery via email if there is an issue.

Failure to report any concerns on the same day means the item is considered accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

9. Shipping
We ship locally and internationally.

Once the package is handed to the courier, Abu Dhabi Store LLC is not responsible for delays, customs issues, or loss caused by shipping providers.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.

10. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for:

Courier delays
Lost packages (once shipped)
Customs holds
Incorrect address provided by the customer
However, we will assist you in filing claims where possible.

11. Intellectual Property
All content including photos, text, logos, and branding belong to Abu Dhabi Store LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
Abu Dhabi Store LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
